General Information
All lectures are integrated into the Master of Science program in "Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Engineering" as well as into the Master of Science program in "Nanoelectronics“ jointly offered by the Department of Physics and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Inforamtion Technology. In addition, some of the courses are integrated into the curriculum of the Master of Science programs in "Materials Science" as well as in "Simulation Sciences".
